The situation
The shop needed to take cash on delivery and card payments through the owner’s own bank, show prices in dinars with VAT, and be simple enough for the owner to run day to day.
What we built
- Checkout as a guest or with an accountDelivery address, delivery option, billing address and payment.
- Cash on deliveryThe order is placed straight away and the customer gets a confirmation email.
- Card payments through Raiffeisen Bank Serbia’s online gatewayWith the bank’s 3-D Secure check. The money is reserved at checkout and taken when the order ships. An order counts as paid only after the shop verifies the bank’s signed confirmation.
- Prices in dinars with VAT includedAnd delivery by Pošta Srbije.
- Stock checkedAs soon as a product goes into the cart.
- An admin panelFor products with variants, prices, photos and stock; categories and brands; orders with their status and an order PDF; customers and customer groups; discounts; delivery zones; and staff accounts.
- Safe deletesThe admin panel won’t let anyone delete a record that orders or products still depend on.
What changed
The owner adds products, keeps stock up to date and handles orders from one admin panel. Customers choose to pay on delivery or by card.
