1. Plan: the Digital Audit
We spend about a week learning how your business runs. We go through a normal working day with you and your staff, on site or by video, follow a booking, an order or a payment from start to finish, and look at the tools you already pay for.

2. Build: in phases, each with a fixed price
We turn the first step of the roadmap into a phase. Before it starts, we agree what it covers, when it’s delivered and its fixed price. The first phase is usually the smallest piece that’s useful on its own, so your team is using it while we build the next.

3. Run: hosting, maintenance and fixes
Once a phase is live, we host it on servers in the EU, back it up every night, monitor it and keep it updated. When something breaks, the people who built it fix it, with a reply within one working day.

4. Grow: marketing
When you’re ready for more customers, our marketing team works out who you’re for and what to say, plans the launch, and runs the campaigns and emails that bring people in.

How pricing works
- The auditIs quoted after the intro call. If you start building any step from the roadmap with us within three months, you don’t pay for the audit.
- Each phaseHas a fixed price, agreed before it starts. You know the cost before you commit, and it doesn’t grow with the hours we put in.
- Hosting, maintenance and supportAre a fixed monthly fee, agreed before launch.

FAQ
Do we need anyone technical on our side?
No. We explain the choices in plain language and handle the technical side, including hosting and publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
Can we skip the audit?
Yes, if you already have a clear specification. Get in touch and we’ll quote the build directly.
What if we want changes during a phase?
Small adjustments are part of getting a phase right. Larger new features become a phase of their own, with their own price, so the price of the current phase doesn’t move.
Can we stop after one phase?
Yes. You’re under no obligation to continue, and what we’ve built is yours.
What if our own team takes over later?
We hand over the domain, code and data, and help with the move.
Do you work with businesses outside Serbia?
Yes. We work in English and Serbian, and we’ve built for clients in Serbia and Belgium. We can come to you for the audit walkthrough, with travel added to the quote, or do it by video.
