Which payment options work in Serbia?
Cash on delivery plus card payments through your bank’s online gateway is the usual pair, and we’ve set up Raiffeisen Bank Serbia’s gateway before. For businesses in the EU, we connect the payment provider you already use.
Can the AI assistant take orders?
Yes. In the retailer’s shop, it confirms the products, asks for an email address and shows the total with delivery. It creates the order only once the customer confirms.
Will it make things up?
It can still get things wrong, so it answers only from your own products and guides, and declines questions that have nothing to do with your shop. Before launch, we test it against real questions from your customers.
Can we manage products ourselves?
Yes. You get an admin panel for products, prices, photos and stock, and the AI assistant picks up product changes on its own.
