Kiosks and machines that take payments on their own

We write the software that connects touchscreens, cash recyclers, card terminals, scanners and controller boards, so your machines take payments without a cashier.

What we connect

  • Self-service kiosksAndroid tablets locked into a single kiosk app, with ticket printing.
  • CashNote and coin acceptors, and cash recyclers that give change. Every refill and collection is recorded.
  • Cards and phonesPayment terminals and NFC, QR payment apps such as Payconiq, and online card gateways, including local banks.
  • QR tickets and accessPrinted or emailed QR tickets, check-in codes that change every 30 seconds, and scanner apps for staff.
  • Payment slipsA slip with a barcode is printed at the front desk and paid at the kiosk.
  • Machines and controller boardsRelays, coin validators, displays and sensors, controlled over the local network.

How we keep kiosks selling

  • Selling through outagesOur cash kiosk records every sale on the machine and sends it on once the connection is back, so it keeps selling when the internet drops.
  • Test mode per kioskA new machine is checked end to end before it takes real money.
  • Payment settings per kioskEach location decides which payment methods it accepts.
  • Every sale on recordThe admin dashboard lists every transaction and ticket, with search and a status filter.
  • One admin dashboardTickets, kiosks, staff and settings are managed in one place, without a trip to the machine.

Example: self-service ticket kiosks, Belgium

A business in Belgium sells admission tickets through Android kiosks. Customers pay by Payconiq QR or by tapping a card or phone through Viva Wallet, and get a QR ticket on screen that the kiosk can print or email. Staff check tickets at the entrance with a web app on their phone, and the office sees every transaction and ticket in the admin dashboard.

The first version, from 2024, took over from a staffed cash desk and is still running. The front desk prints a payment slip with a barcode, and customers pay it at a kiosk with notes and coins, change included. That kiosk keeps selling when the connection drops and sends its sales on later.

Also: we built the production test tool for a coin-validator controller board. It finds boards on the local network, configures them, and tests the coin validator, relays and display before each board ships.

Providers and hardware we’ve worked with

  • PaymentsPayconiq (Bancontact), Viva Wallet (terminals, NFC and online checkout), Raiffeisen Bank Serbia’s card gateway
  • CashCashGenic cash recyclers
  • DevicesAndroid kiosk tablets, ticket printers, ESP32-based controller boards

If your provider or device can connect to other software, we can usually link it to yours. The audit checks this before anything is built.

FAQ

Do you supply the hardware?

We help you choose it and work with your supplier, so the software and the machine are tested together before launch.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Our cash kiosk keeps selling and sends its sales to the server when the connection returns. Card and QR payments need a connection to the payment provider.

Is it safe to take cards and cash?

We use certified terminals and hosted payment pages, so card details stay with the payment provider. Cash movements are logged per kiosk, including refills and collections.

Can it work with machines we already own?

Often, if the machine has a controller we can talk to, or room to add one. We check your hardware during the audit.

Who looks after the kiosks after launch?

We do, through Hosting, Maintenance & Support, with monitoring on the server side and a dashboard where you can see every sale.

What does your machine need to do?

We’ll talk through your kiosk, machine or payment setup.
